What Are YOU Doing To Make It Easier For YOUR Customers?

Have you noticed what Ebay has recently done? They made it so that you
can automatically integrate your PayPal account with your Ebay account. This
way, instead of clicking on "Pay Now" and then having to log in to your PayPal
account, it automatically logs you in so that all you have to do is click "Pay Now"
and then "confirm" and you're done.

I love it. Makes life so much easier.

So...what are YOU doing to make it easier for YOUR customers?

    I don't see many posts like this here and it's funny because customer loyalty is what builds a business, I think. I try to offer the best possible support for my customers. There's a Facebook group where I can interact with them and answer their questions and I'm always available through email.

    BUT, I am going to think of what else I can do to make things easier for them. Thanks for this post.

    What about installing script, like quick-chat on the website and you get informed by mobile any time they want something to ask. You will catch them and build with them relationship!

    Easy sign-up to your website with facebook or google

    Make some widget to wordpress where is just one input type text field to submit customer telephone number. That I am using, it is very cool.

    Hope that will improve your cust. service.

    Trust me...it matters.
    ..completely agree. It's about making the visitor/customer journey from landing on your page to check-out as quick and intuitive as easy. Reducing the number of actions in the process is always going to help avoid drop-off / abandonment.

    ...but aside from on-page changes, customer service is so, so important.

    In business I feel everything is a race to the bottom - pricing, throwing features at a product etc. But customer service is completely the opposite, it's a race to the top and one area that can really make you stand out from your competitors.
