Its time to take action!!

Today is the day that I stop worrying about what could happen if I put myself out there, and start taking massive action towards success. I am posting this thread to hold myself accountable in attaining my goals of making a living online. I feel that making it public will help keep me driven to succeed (not the only thing that will be driving me) but combined with other things and add in some goals, I think it should do wonders.


I am excited, anxious, scared, and joyful all at the same time. I know it's not going to be an easy road to victory, but I am prepared to give 110% to obtain success.

I keep telling myself that I have got some great support behind me for just being a warrior forum member, as well as I am able to connect with some great marketers that are here to help others and I am grateful for that. I have high hopes that I find a great mentor in my journey to success. I have never had a mentor before so it should be nice.


I have been lurking around the forum for a while and have learned so much from all the great contributions fellow warriors have put forth in this forum. I joined the War Room this weekend and WOW is that ever worth the investment. I promised myself that I will not let all that great stuff distract me but plan on using it for the amazing wealth of information it provides.

Now it's time to go out there and put things I have learned into action!! And never look back (well only to test and reflect)

    Have you written down a plan of action/attack based on your business model of choice?

    Have you sorted out what your business model is and your market?

    If you haven't got together a clear plan of action, then you may just go to and fro and spin your wheels a little more. Be clear on what you need to get done, and then work towards it, bit by bit everyday.

      I have not done a plan as of yet, but I plan on creating a plan. I have a passion for marketing and have been told not to enter it till I have success in it. So my idea is to just try and learn how to market stuff online and build some assets (lists, sites) get some experience behind me before I enter the IM market that I love so much.

      What I want to do is take some time (no more then 1 day), find a great ebook from the War Room and run with it. I have lots of business ideas for the IM niche but not many for stuff outside of it so it should be a great learning experience.

      I totally understand that I need a plan, and that sometimes I will need to step out of the plan but to start with a great ebook that can give me direction is what will make all the difference.

      P.S. I have tried to do a site before but kept backing out because I was afraid of failing. To get past this what I am doing is telling myself "I WILL FAIL" at some point, something but that does not mean I have to stop but instead learn from that failure and grow as a person and a business.

        One thing that may help you while learning the ropes is to have "lab projects" for experimenting with things.

        Instead of asking yourself "will this work if I do X", ask yourself "what happens if I do X" and then DO X and observe what happens. Did things turn out as expected? What changes could you try? Try them.

        The objective with your "lab work" isn't success or failure, it's observation and learning. As long as you learn something, you never actually fail. And if you FUBAR* it, you won't feel bad about tossing the mess in the trash and starting over.

        * FUBAR - Military acronym for "Fouled Up Beyond All Recognition" for polite company, while a similar four letter word is used more commonly.

      Do you have a sample 'plan of action' that you can share? or maybe a list of some items we should have planned out before getting started?
