you should do seo work for you high cpc keyword site. if you don't know anything about seo just use google to find all the info you need.

you can always outsource seo if you have some cash to invest.

I started also in flipping website when I was new in internet marketing. If you made $105 from selling a site, meaning selling website work right?

Why not flip 15 site a month to earn your target earnings per month. You already find a way to make money online, all you have to do now is leverage it to make more money from it.

While you're making money from flipping sites, you can slowly trying other ways to make money.

Yeah, you know but I find flipping sites is not that profitable like finding clients. I want something big. I know, I should start from zero and then become a hero but I am willing to try to make more money.
But, I will still flip sites, because I know how to create professional websites and I make just $100 from two sales while people from one crappy site make around $1,000. It is inspiring me.

Well you can try offering some local company a service like creating their website, Offering SEO service.

If you can't handle the orders the offshore them for you to accommodate as many customers as you can.

Drop what you're doing and go into list building. Yes, there's a lot of potential in flipping sites (in fact I sold one for 5k last month) but its a time consuming process which you're better off outsourcing.

List building is by far the most easiest and fastest way I know to get your ROI fast. There's a ton of tips on list building on these forums. Once you start you got enough money to outsource whatever you need for your next project

I'd say list building is one of the most stable with highest ROI income. Also that with a list you rely on yourlself, not Google with the adsense and SEO stuffs.

Maybe you could write up a little report about how you flip sites for quick money, then use it to build a list!

I have a website with high competition with 110K/month [exact searches].
If I buy high PR links for it, is there any chance of getting ranked on page one and get some PR?
I have 14 unique articles on my site and rising. Also, my domain includes my main keyword.

You made 5 calls and gave up because no one answered the phone?

Man, you are either approaching the wrong type of business or ringing when they are closed.

5 calls is a far too small amount of calls to give up though. The big seo companies in the UK dedicate small call centers just to pick up clients.

I recommend ranking a site in your local area. Choose something that is gonna be really easy to rank for - only a handful of links and some decent content needed.

Use that site as your persuader to all the other companies in the area in the same niche - Even sell the site, I recently paid $60 for a website template, added some content, threw a handful of links at it and then sold it for $1000 because it was #1.

I then went to the 3 other companies in the same area and said "hey, I got your competitor to #1 and you arent even listed. They are getting 10 new sales a week and you arent. Let me get your site to the first page too".

Using this method you will make 5k a month easily.

magicsubmittertutorials, I meant that I made 5 calls and no one wanted to order what I offered. In country where I live such sites are nothing. Everyone in my country just uses Facebook and YouTube, so I can't make here money with websites except offering my creating services.
I will do what advice.

ha comedy...yeah if you want to find clients...then maybe change your avatar...lol jk.

...yeah offline businesses need websites and that is a way to go...you have to spend a lot of time prospecting....and closing...which is a whole other thing.

Ask yourself...how much do I want to make a month? ...and why?

Adsense is pennies...and takes alot of time....and you're leaving your future business in the hands of google....not so smart.

Take a look at being an affiliate...clickbank....maybe cpa offers....but really learning how to drive targeted traffic and get leads to convert.

Way more fun than selling a site to biz owner for $395 or whatever....

if you are interested in flipping sites to business owners then go to the "offline discussion" section of this forum.

There is a ton of advice there, and it is all about selling different services to local business, how to find local businesses that are interested, how to sell them, how to outsource the work, etc

check it out.
