How to upload my HTML template to my hostgator site?

How can i do this?My site is hosted in hostgator.I upload my html template with cpanel file manager.But when i searched for my template in my browser address bar it says that page not found.Help Me.

What folder did you upload it to?

You need to upload it to public_html folder in your file manager..

Host gator also have a "live" chat service, that can help you..
