Squeeze Page Conundrum

What's up Warriors!
As many of you know I am about to do my first launch in a couple of weeks and I am just about finished with my punch list. I am going to do a squeeze page to help build our list up and have a couple of questions. First- Should the URL of the squeeze page be an extension of my main domain or should it have it's own domain name? Second, do video squeeze pages work better than regular text only pages? Lastly, should the squeeze page have the same design as my main Sales Page or should I go with Something different?

Thanks everyone!

P.S. I will be doing a WSO next week so keep your eye out for it!

Cheers!

    • If it had its own domain name I'd be wondering why. Does it mean you're an affiliate. I think it raises unnecessary questions.

Well, a badly executed video squeeze page will convert less than a well executed text-based page. And vice versa. You can esily test and see which converts most.

Why would it be different? Again, test.

      Good luck,

      Neil
