Google keyword tool bug ?

For the last 15 days I was using AdWords Keyword tool and have been wondering whether some of the statistic was really accurate
There is a HUGE difference between Average search volume and Search Volume in February.
I just wonder - is this a bug or is this recession in search volume real?

PS. Frankly I dont think it's a bug but dont believe that it has dropped that far down either...
