Contracts For International Projects?
Hello fellow Warriors,
I have stumbled into a problem of sorts. I'm negotiating a web development/consultancy project with a firm from th US, and being from Lithuania have encountered a situation - my client feels somewhat uncomfortable going forward with the project without some sort of contract, because he feels he could get "scammed". I'm also not really willing to work without an upfront payment, for the same reasons.
Are there ways to formally conduct business without too many beaurocratical complications?
