what to do about my PR site

I bought an expiring domain about 6 months ago because of the traffic and it was a pr2.

I then forwarded that domain to my "make money online" adsense site. I just checked pr today and somehow that domain has become a PR5 site.

This site has a lot of backlinks to it that have nothing to do with trying to make money.

Should i develope that domain and try to optimize it for some keywords since it is PR5? Or just keep forwarding it to my adsense site. I also have a few pr4 and 3 sites.

Or maybe i should create backlinks to the PR5 site with good keywords and keep it forwarded?

    Is the domain that you forwarded it to a PR5? That's normally how a domain gets fake pagerank ... by forwarding it to a high pagerank site. As an example, just try forwarding it to Google and see how high it goes (takes a little while, but it will have the pagerank that Google has).

    I've bought expired and expiring domains in the past that suddenly turns into pagerank 4 +. Depending on what kind of keywords is in the domain, then developing it may be a wise choice. It's always better to resell pagerank domains with content. Leaving it along can also hurt you as pagerank will decrease if google doesn't see quality content on the site.
