Hi warriors,

I was wondering if there are any traffic blueprints or plans out there that give you daily tasks to do to drive traffic to your website. The thing is, I know about the ways to drive traffic to a website but I can't come up with a plan to put the methods in action while not jumping all over the place at the same time.

I work better by following day-to-day plans where my traffic tasks are laid out for me. So, what do you guys recommend for me? It can be free or paid.

  • I highly suggest that you buy a WSO of some kind. A product that I enjoyed a long time ago was the One Week Marketing Program.

I'd suggest that you come up with a plan that you could easily follow with ease. It is all about making a decision and saying, "I will do this today, that tomorrow, this today, and that tomorrow."

Try putting it all together and decide what you should do first. For example, you can focus on Blogger marketing or Squidoo lenses first. Hope that helps.

Depends what kind of traffic your focusing on.
    What I do is...
    Set up a strategy...
Let it run...check it after a couple of days...
Tweak it...or get rid of it completely...
    Start a new !
Again...all depends on what traffic source your focusing on.

Back-Linking is the best method to bring traffic to your blog after the recent Penguin update earlier last year. The more back-links, the more traffic driven to your site!

Here's a list of Back-Linking strategies that I use personally:

    1. Content Syndication
    2. Blog Commenting
    3. Sponsoring WordPress Themes
    4. Article Directories
    5. SEO
    6. Video Marketing
    7. Forum Marketing
    8. Web 2.0
    9. Ego-Bait
    10. Interviews
    11. Social Networking
    12. Fiverr Gigs
    13. Google PPC

I strongly recommend using all of the strategies listed above with diversification. Diversification is better for your website in the long term when Google eventually indexes your site and they will give you a higher index.

But don't create back-links too fast otherwise Google might suspect that you're using black-hat techniques to bring traffic to your site. 20 back-links a day is a great number to start off with.

I've written a massive guide on Back-Linking and Free Traffic Systems, you might want to check that out for a more in-depth explanation on the topic.

I hope this helped you! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'll be more than happy to answer your questions.

I would personally focus on article marketing and web 2.0.
e.g. one day for article marketing another to kreate web 2.0 properties.
It will keep you busy as you need to promote the promoters too.

The most obvious answer to this is:

article marketing --- this is the most used and known for those who are newbies -- but the effectivity only minor if you do this half-hearted. try to do it 100x that you normally do and you will get the expected result.

then there are the invisible backlinks. these are forum proflle's... you can get this by commissioning a fiverr gig.

blog commenting.... takes time but effective in the long run.

this will lead you to at least 70-125 uv visitors/day.

Note: read intricacies between the lines.

Thanks guys for the answers so far but like I said, I know about the traffic methods. My problem is putting together a traffic "action" plan that allows me to work on different traffic methods without jumping all over the place. This is sort of what I'm looking for.

Day 1 - Submit articles to article directories, comment on 5 blogs, make 5 forum posts, create one 1 web 2.0 property

Day 2 - Boomark web properties/articles, write a guest post

    And so on.....

As far as the methods I want to concentrate on - I'd like to do blog commenting, forum posting, answering questions on Q&A sites, article submission (Only to top 3 directories), social media, video marketing, and other methods worth my time.

This should help you out. It's a free, step-by-step 28 day plan.

I have no idea what kind of results will come from following this plan, so that will be up to you to find out. Good luck, and let us know how it turns out for you.

You will have to come up with a written plan, and limit it to 10 marketing chores per day. Will take you only about 20 minutes to come up with using less than 1% of your brain power.
