Animoto- Using the free version, you can upload or select some pics, select music, add text and it creates your video in a breeze. You can even export your video to YouTube

    You can of course use a prof. alternative like sony vegas or adobe premiere pro.

    It depents in what niche you are and what type of video you like to make.

    When I do YouTube videos, I like to use ScreenFlow on the Mac and then show people really cool tutorials on how to Online Marketing related stuff! YEEE!
