Hello,

I have a facebook fanpage with 100k likes, its a 9gag like page with quotes most audience are kids 13-24 years old. Mostly from Philippines... Can you tell me what to do with it... Or do you think I can sell it? for how much?

I also have a 9gag like website. I cant barely make a dolla a day on adsense... Im thinking that CPM will be more ok for my site but I dont know a good CPM Ad network.

I tried edoms but it only gave me pop ads...

Thanks in advance

You cannot sell the page as you do not own it.....Facebook does. If you get caught tryingto do so they will close the page and likely your account as well so i would advise you don't do it.

Have you tried selling adverts on fiverr? That can be a good way to generate a few quick sales. Posting CPA offers on your page may work as well although i'm not sure how many offers are around for philippines.

How active are your page fans?

What was your goal when you establsihed the page?

      Are the likes legit?

Are the likes REAL? And are the people who like it responsive (eg, how many likes does a post you make get)

If so, then it could be worth a lot. Not from selling it, but promoting your own sites/offers to them, if they are targeted.

      Promote CPA offers to them.

      Think mass market offers.

Also, get deeper.,.. whats the demographic, girls, boys, etc?

If your page is active enough and people like/share your posts - I would suggest you to offer paid posts on your facebook page. Personally I would pay reasonable amount of money to advertise on the facebook page with over 100k active users.

Yeah if they're really young like you say, Promote Free CPA offers. Free iPads, Free Technology gets the young people man. lol 2 words we love to hear.

IDEA: Maybe post a quote that people will share, and after it gets shared once or twice, comment on the original post a CPA Offer. I'm not very experienced with FB marketing so I don't know if any of this is against TOS. If it is, disregard my advice.

Yes they are legit. and quite actiive... I get over 100-200 likes per post of a good quote. and shares average of 30-40 but sometimes can go as high as 100+

    What is a CPA offer?

I have to say m8 thats not very active. I have a page with 3,000 likes and an average post gets between 50-100, a very good one hits 100-200 at times.

With 100,000 you should be getting much higher figures than that.

If they are either bots of fluff accounts created for the purpose of social exchange then there is no way you can make them active.

If they are just sleepy fans then you need to check where the majority are from (philippines) and post to a regular schedule. One post mid morning and one post mid evening or more if you have the content. The key is to be consistent and to keep track of what times of day you get the best results.

Use pictures as often as you can. If funny pics and posts are appropriate even better. If you can make people smile or laugh they are more likely to hit like or share.

Also engage people with questions, ask for opinions, ideally not closed questions which ask for a yes or no but ones which ask for a conversational reply. Like their comments and reply back to them using their names.

If you have any pics which are too big to see properly on FB tells people they can request the full sized pics by pm'ing the page (this then allows you to send them messages in the future)

If you noticed any of your page fans are particularly active and seems to be very interested in the page first of all.....thank them......then you can ask them if they would like to be more active in the page and you can promote them to a "contributor" or one of the other titles.

If everything is legit why not put up a few Fiverr gigs advertising Facebook promotion etc?

Or you could try SociBuzz where you earn commission PER CLICK to whatever offer you promote. If you're getting clicks, you'll make money if the offer is compelling to your audience.

Your losing a lost battle here. 200-300 likes from a 100,000 page. Forget trying to sell it. Just use CPA offers. Based on the conversion I'd question wether the fans are all legit.

Do you try use the traffic for CPA or affiliate marketing? teens are a large market that is under exploited online, they got money to spend and the buy what they want (not what they need) so take some time to know what they want to give it to them!

I keep seeing posts like "My FB page has 800,000 likes, what can I do with it"

I'm not accusing anybody of anything, but I question if some of these topics are created as a way to get people to make an offer to the poster. I'd be careful before sending any payments for this type of thing.

Find a product/service that the young audience in the Philippines would like..such as CPA offers etc and promote it. Slickly of course

Or create a website and start bringing in traffic via your FB page!

This all seems kinda fishy to me.
If I personaly built a 100k like 9gag page, I would know exactly what to do with it.

So my question is, where did you get this page and website from?

Alot more information is needed to help you.

At this point it does seem your trying to get offers for likes or profite in someway with this thread.
No links to the page or site? Your offering to sell the page? You are asking how to make money with it. And the main reason, you already have gigs with fiverr. You have knowledge with marketing.

This would be the time to be truthful with us.

If you need help, give accurate details with links on what you have.
Did you make this page? If not where did you get it? What did the person tell you when you got the page? How many people are talking about your page? What was your most liked post in the past 2 weeks? Have you paid for likes and if so where?

Just trying to see if help is really needed or is this a waste of time and space.

I would rather take out the needs of the prospective buyers from that page & will keep on selling them... its better going this way because a dynamic platform like facebook requires regular promotions & keep users aware of your offerings.

Its just a site for comical reasons.
      Good/funny quotes.
      Pictures
Things that will make you smile.
Thats why its easy to get a large amount of likes.
Just saw a 9gag page today with over 3 million likes.
Its not intended to make money. Unless you know how to sell smiles .

I noticed to my surprise that my Facebook fan page is getting likes from time to time. I only post a few articles once in a while. It’s not so hard to get likes. A ‘like’ is just a click.

I don’t think that the likes are a real indication that you have active users. You have to have an active fan page and post interesting content to make it work. Just by collecting likes you are not doing anything special. You have to make these people come back to your page. They won't buy anything the first time they will open your page.

You have to make your fan page work like a website if you want to transform it into something profitable. You can offer many things there, but first of all you have to make your readers come back and care about your updates. There are many fan pages that are working well because they are active and not static.
