Real Quick Warriors..

Quick Question that i'm sure a lot of you know the answer to. Here it is:

I have a few sites, around 10+ that only have a few articles on them, minimim backlinks,no real traffic, and pretty much dormant adsense sites. Can they still be profitable if I decide to add articles a couple times a week, social bookmark, SEO techniques and get traffic to them now?

Its been 9 months+ since I touched them really... Will google still generate natural traffic to my sites, move them up in page rank... being that its been a while? Any info on this would be great.

Thanks Warriors!

Yes, I had one site similar to yours, didn't work on it for almost 6 years. Started working on it again and it makes well over 3K/month on Adsense now. It's never too late to start doing SEO and start working on a site.. If anything you benefit from the age of the website to build more trust in your site.

if anything, the fact that they are slightly aged domains would make them better for ranking. I don't know if 9 months would really make much of a difference but I'm sure its a lot better than trying to rank a brand new site that's not even indexed.

    Kyle,

Believe me, some of our clients have the same situation. My recommendation to you is to post unique, relevant, and readable content to your site. Make sure that the content is written as if you are just speaking in front of your readers/visitors. Your content shouldn't be too dry or serious unless your niche is on a technical stuff.

You may choose to build your own Facebook fan page and interact with people who are interested in the same niche. Make sure that you really take advantage of Facebook in building and strengthening your 'network' of readers and perhaps, prospective clients.

I see, thanks guys... Yeah I figured aged domains held wait in the IM industry, but to Thesalesbooster's point I actually would also start my site, get it indexed...ranked and keep it there. I guess these fell the cracks and I kept working on other projects. Thanks for the replies guys. Im gonna get on this SEO already.
