The most important thing is the niche of your list, only then can you ask us to tell what to sell to them. On a generic note, probably a mix of free stuff with some paid ebooks etc.

Good on you! That's a massive list in ANY language. Well, pop over to ClickBank and see what you can sell to your list (in your niche) from there. Well done! And then write an e-book on how you did it. I'd love to read it...and I'm sure the world would too.

There's a few things you could to make money.

You could write a short report, give it away and promote a product inside that earns you a commission.

You could write a report and sell it at a low ticket price and have an upsell or cross-promote from within the report for higher ticket commissions.

You could offer solo ads as a way to make money with that list.

Or, you could set up a 'premium' list that is a paid for list for really gold tips that you wouldn't get in the free list. Charge around $5 per month.

Let me give you the same piece of advice we've been giving to our clients who come to ask and ask how they can earn something from their active list.

Continue giving out a freebies. But this time, you need two divide your e-book or report into two. If your plan is to have a 50-page report or e-book, use the first 10-page as a teaser to the 40-page e-book. The short version should be powerfully-packed with information already but do not divulge everything yet. It should literally be a 'teaser.' The 'meat' of everything must be found inside the 40-page report/e-book.

Give out the 10-page report for FREE but put a link where you can sell the 40-page e-book. If your 10-page report is so powerful enough for them to say 'If this man gives a very powerful information for FREE, I wonder how much more it could be on the paid version,' they'll surely buy your 40-page report.

Don't fix yourself to a 50-page report. It does not depend on the page count but on the usefulness and relevancy of the information to your list.

Tease them regarding SUPERIOR information or content given if they UPSELL to a paid list of $1 or something like that. Why do this? You are CLEANING YOUR LIST - you want only people who are willing to pay to get on the next level list. Keep filtering them. At the end of the process, you'll have a clean list of top payers.

Creating your own ebook would be a great idea, even better, release your own WSO! You can earn a good sum of money by creating one, especially with a list of your size. Anyways, good luck with your future endeavors.

Create a salespage where you are selling yourself as a consultant.

Figure who what you would like your hourly rate to be, and then create the paypal button.

If you're list love you as much as you think they will pay for direct access.

I agree with Andrew, setting yourself up as a consultant, assuming that is practical in your niche, and then using the list to get customers to your paid services, would be an excellent step in the right direction. Combine this with the occasional freebie, but make sure they are high enough quality to keep the relationship on top terms, and push the occasional clickbank products. I like to use free reports with genuine methods giveaways, that can make them cash straight away, but also show them how certain clickbank products can make the methods either more effective or just easier, by automating parts, this often leads to some great results.
