Why youtube does not count views

Hi

I just added promotional video to my youtube channel.
I also embedded it in my blog.
The post with embedded video has already 60 views , but youtube shows only 15.
Seems like does not count the ones from my blog.
Why is that ?

    It's part of a validation process they're using against bots that post phony views. You'll see this method will soon be closed and accounts using them will be banned.

    hello,

    If it really viewers not bots , it will match up and appear on youtube in few days. but if it's fake views they will frooze the count of views, so dont worry if the viewers are real.
