Personalised Vs. Non-personalied Copy
Hi Warriors!
I'm starting a social network and the members are at the heart of it- without them it'd be nothing.
I'm thinking of including their name in the copy of the site to give it a more personalised touch and involve them all - would you do this? I don't see it as conventional.
For example: "Well done Jake, you're now registered" ... "Also, Jake, don't forget that.." etc.
Looking forward to your opinions, I'm trying to build a relationship with the members to boost loyalty and thus word of mouth promotion and purchases.
