Review My Squeeze page, please?

Im trying to get a good freakin squeeze page. I was using a template before that is like a plugin but now I have actually created one with Artisteer. Any advice would be great. If you dont like it at least tell me why, so I know and can fix things. I tried to keep the content short but sweet i'm not sure at all if its sweet. Does it catch your eye? Are you like "No i'm not making money. Yes, please send me this report!"

Unless I'm mistaken, you've got yourself an opt-in there and not a squeeze page there.

As far as opt-in pages go, what you've got there might get you some email addresses!

This is not a squeeze page. You only are showing us an opt in form (basically).

You've not given me a strong compelling reason to give you my address.

I would hit my back button if I saw this.

Why should I give you my address? You've not given me a COMPELLING reason.

I am only interested in what's in it for me (as the consumer) you have not clearly told me what I'm gonna get.

Are you split testing the page?

The fact that you only ask for the emails should offer less resistance to the sign-up so good job their.

I might remove the bright orange header and footer on the split test version to see which on is converting better...my guess would be plain white.

Also my testing show that an orange buttons tend to get clicked a little more often
here's a really good article about color theory and why this might be the case :

Color Theory for Designers, Part 1: The Meaning of Color | Smashing Magazine

...but again you would want to test it for yourself.

Last I would move the free to the top of the landing page before your question and use a tahoma font which usually converts a lot better for me.

Here's an example of 2 pages I created with a webpage-maker and gimp...no coding required that I'm split testing...maybe they can give you some ideas.

    and here's the second one...

    anyway...hope that helped

I am no expert......but here are a few things to think about.

    - Try some A/B testing with this and other versions to see what converts best.

    - In mine I try to keep it very simple with a strong call to action (seems to convert better).

    - The yellow I think keeps my eye from your message.

    - Your headline seems to blend in to the page and not stand out (Try red maybe)

Now, that being said....I think you will get opt-ins and it looks good. the above are just a few thoughts I had.

    I hope they help

Play around with the font. Try to come up with different versions and see which convert the best. The previous poster is right-this isn't a squeeze page. It's an email opt-in page. People tend to be visual. You may want to put a graphic in there to focus the reader's attention and guide him/her through your offer.

Ooooh Yeeaaaa. So I changed out the original one. No orange header or footer anymore.
changed the font, ect. And then made a second one with different colors and stuff for slip testing. I really hope I can get a good optin rate thats way better then 1-3% :C
Here are my pages uploaded to the site. Tell me what you think and it I should change anything els. Thanks again for all the help!

The top portion of your opt-in box sort of looks like a squeeze page. The headline really needs to be an attention grabber, so a lot of effort should go into it, because if that doesn't raise an interest no one will read further. The points below 100% free report would show better as bullet points. I hope this has helped

Perhaps the first sentence should be changed to an affirmative instead of a question, like:
You're not living the lifestyle you want!
Then you could point out the benefits:
No boss (but yourself) - No commute - No hours - More family and friends

edit: From your 2 rework I prefer the second one, more colorful!

Honestly I talk but I'm less than a newbie, I never even tried to make a good one, sorry :-)

    • Use what was tested and proven to be efficient already :

      - headline with bolded and red coloured font
      - yellow "get access " button

also put some more explanation what is in the free report

If you want some fast results, send some Solo ad traffic to it, 100 clicks worth (double if you're split testing 2 versions, which as mentioned is always best to do ALWAYS). While it won't be definitive, since conversions vary depending on many factors, it WILL let you know the ballpark you're in, conversion-wise, very quickly... like tomorrow, if you wish... at the same time that it'll start your list on its way to being built.

In your split test I like the one that is brighter. It seems more enticing.

I would add some bullet points on the page to let the reader know what all they have to look forward to after they give you their contact information.

I like #1 and #2. What types of opt in rates are you getting?
