    tried promoting a pdt form ClickSure when one of my IM frenz recommended it..

    Results = Zero Sales..
    Some of the sales pg add to cart button only appears after the video ads plays a certain period of time.

      Is that a requirement for vendors set forth by ClickSure not to display the purchase button right away?

        No not at all.. I don't really see why vendors do it... I don't on my products.

          Clicksure is great for me though as both vendor and affiliate!
          How do you find their customer support? They answer one question out of ten in my tickets.

    I have been an affiliate with clicksure since they first launched. My refund rates are just as high if not higher than they were on clickbank. However, I cannot blame Clicksure for this. Part problem lies with the products on the platform and the vendors. You also have those many serial refunders that have found their way to Clicksure from Clickbank. Many of those serial refunders are right here at WF. You will always have people in the world always looking to game the system and get something for free without paying. Thats the nature of the IM business. The one thing I wish they could do like Clickbank is to have an affiliate check at the bottom of their secure order form like Clickbank so you can check to make sure your affiliate tracking are working and not being overwritten by the vendor. Nevertheless, I have been sent several payments from them so you do get paid. Hope this helps.

      I was willing to give them a try but their inadequate customer support totally pushed me back. Until that changes, I'll stick to ClickBank.

    I've had much more luck with Clickbank. Maybe because of the larger affiliate pool, not sure..

      Did you manage to obtain an adequate contact at ClickSure via Skype or email, or do you just struggle with their poor customer support via the ticket system?

        No, I never managed that elusive task Just got the endless runaround with the ticket system, like the majority of users it seems.

    I'm just going to stick to Clickbank, unless a vendor whose product I bought and used is launching on Clicksure then I'll promote them.

    The refund rates are mostly due to the products and not the platforms that are being used.

    For the quality products to come, vendors need to be adequatly supported which isn't happening at the moment. While ClickSure might think they're saving money having hired this poor customer support staff, they are in fact losing money big time.

      Also note that ClickSure accepts VISA and MasterCard payments ONLY. Paypal, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Solo, Maestro are all NOT accepted.
