I rarely outsource, but tasks are becoming overwhelming and I spend most of my time doing totally unproductive things. I'm taking highly into consideration taking on a maintenance and support desk service for my next projects.
My question to you, which service should I opt for? And how are the pricing plans determined, which factors are taking into consideration?
Could you please give me some examples, or perhaps share some personal experience with this. Maybe some links will be just as helpful.
