Curious to use Fiverr for one thing

I'm wondering myself what any of you guys use Fiverr for and have had good results. I have been looking to submit my RSS feeds to a lot of places and have seen lists online in places but just don't have the time. If I outsourced this to fiverr would it be worth it or would it be something I should/could do myself as not all directories are needed?

Thanks - I never use fiverr for anything and very dubious about the results I would get

    I've used them for ecovers for my Amazon books, good results.

    Keep in mind it's the feedback that keeps their business going so read reviews and make sure you're choosing a good person to do your gig

      the reviews are not always an indicator of quality, believe me, i have tried a top rated seller ther for a simple job, and guess what? he failed big time !

    You'll be fine with using it for that. Just stay away from the 100,000 link blasts and ridiculous things like that.

      This is the most important thing to take care about in fiverr. Stay away from such link blasts. These are nothing but spamming and these type of linking will hurt you for sure.

        I use fiverr for logos, ebook covers and audio testimonials.
        Make sure they have great Testimonials and you are good to go.
        Just stay away from the link-blast gigs.

    Search for what you need, then sort by popularity, look at the gigs that have 0-5 negative reviews, read some of the reviews to make sure they aren't fake or anything like that.

      logos, banners, ebook covers, video intros, transcription, actual services are great to find on Fiverr. sort your search by rating, look at all of the feedback, especially if there is any negative. Even look at the positive because some people have obviously "fake" positives (they or a friend order their own gigs and leave stellar feedback but it's usually pretty obvious when it's like that)

      RSS submission is an open shut sorta task. as another poster said, i wouldn't buy fat backlink packages or xrumor jobs from fiverr - stick with white hat TASKS on Fiverr and you will get your moneys worth.

    Make sure it' ll get at least some results. Sometimes people leave negative feedback even you've done the job but there were no results.

    Fiverr can be tricky to use.

    Stay away from any link building activity on there.

    Those gigs can hurt site and your site's rankings.

    You can use fiverr for submitting RSS feeds. You have to look for the rating of people which offer that kind of services and check the review.

    You can also look in other freelancer site like odesk....

    I've used fiverr for several different tasks, from videos to submitting videos to high-PR backlinking, etc. I've mainly had good experiences, but once or twice the seller hasn't completed the work. In those cases your money is just refunded to you to use for your next job, so no real harm is done. Actually, my biggest complaint about fiverr is finding someone good, then wanting to use them more and finding out that they've gone away. I'm trying to set up my own personal version now by getting a VA in the Philippines to do certain tasks for five bucks. We'll see how that goes...

    I've used Fiverr before with good success. I spend a little bit of time looking for what I need specifically and then scan through the reviews. I also look for someone that has recent reviews and frequently send them an email to see what kind of response I get - if I get a good response (fast, answers my questions) then I will go with that gig.
