Need Help With List Of Free Blog Platforms

Dear Warriors,

Can you help me make a list of the best and freely available blog service/platforms where I can create free blogs. I'm referring to 3rd party hosted blog services/platforms.

I know blogger and wordpress are the best options with great SEO benefits, but I'm looking for those beyond these two. Are there any other service/s ya'll recommend ?

This will help me with a test I'm currently involved in.

    I know of a couple. One is skyrock.com or you could start a squidoo lens. Other than that, pop blog platforms or something like it into the search engine of choice and it should give you a list.
