I recently started my own fitness site with two other friends, both of whom recently graduated from college with degrees in kinesiology. In the past, I've created a NFL football blog, a men's humor site and a few others. This is my first site that I'm attempting to actually help others with rather than just to provide entertainment.
The site is called "Work, Health and Fitness" and it covers topics about fitness and health for people who work 40+ hour work weeks. The site is not yet complete and I haven't officially announced the launch to anyone, but I figured I'd open it up to you Warriors for feedback.
If any of you are interested, I have just begun to train for a half-marathon that takes place in 12 weeks and will be documenting the whole training process via the blog. Here is the article for that.
