What legal niche would you not touch?

Even if you are familiar with its subject matter, which legal niches would you not touch?

I'll go first: I wouldn't touch medical tourism for organ transplants. This is legal as long as the donors are "volunteers" but I highly doubt it. Practically speaking, if someone is from a poor country and desperate to feed his/her family just how "voluntary" is it to "donate" a kidney? Of course, it's only technically a "donation" since the donor receives "prep work" funding. Sleazy.

If I wasn't an attorney I wouldn't touch the topic at all. As an attorney, unless I have knowledge on the issue it's in the no touch zone. Even then, there's a number of legal threads on the forum I haven't touched for a variety of reasons, even if I know the answer to a question.

Legal as in NOT illegal. I didn't mean "legal" as in "law-related"

hehehe MMJ, eh? I hear ya. Although US states' laws are changing quite quickly. MMJ is legal in, I think, 16 states now. Some even have full on legalization on the November ballot. Crazy. Why crazy? Good luck getting it past the feds.

Any kind of religious or spiritual service or product. And especially not homeopathy or other new age quackery.
