eBook Cover Creation Software Suggestions Needed

I need a software program that will help me create an ebook cover. I must mention that I am totally uncreative and need as much help as I can get.

A free trial would be nice, too. Any suggestions?

      You can also use PaintDotNet, which is free software and the flash tutorials I posted for Warriors only. It's right HERE , if you want it.
