How To Go Back in Wordpress?

I have stupidly edited a php page within the Wordpress theme that I am currently using on one of my websites.

Now, I have returned it to default it has got rid of some of the custom code I had on the page and I have no back up on my computer.

Does anyone know how I can get this back?

I have an old browser window open with the old design and it's just a small bit of customisation that was done, but I don't know how to get the PHP code to appear so I can copy it back in to the PHP theme file?

Any ideas??

If you are using Hostgator contact them, they automatically backup clients sites for cases like this. But just because you didn't back it up yourself on their host they will charge you to have it restored.
