How to get in contact with IM giants

Let's just assume that you have an offer that actually would be interesting to internet marketing giants like Frank Kern and the likes.

What would be the best way to
a) find their contact information
b) contact them
c) close the deal?

With the money that he makes, there's no way to guarantee that. One of the ways to get noticed in IM is by the selling of product. Once you end up on JV leaderboards a few times, people really begin to take notice. It's one of the cool things about being in IM. Have you ever used and/or promoted any of his products?

    Good luck,

    Hey,

    This is a good question.

I think the best way for you to get in contact with your desired super star is to remember the old saying by Zig Ziglar. And that is: "Help enough people get what they want and you will get what you want"

What I mean by this is to think of what is it that Frank Kern wants? Frank wants to make money in his business right? Of course. Who doesn't right?

So the best way you can get in contact with him is to become his affiliate. Sell a boatload of his product for him. Make him some mulla and he'll want to do the same for you as well.

    Take Care,

    Steve

      Hey-

And just on a side note....If you do end up contacting some of these "IM Giants" do something to set yourself apart...Don't just send them a PM here on the WF or an email to their support desk...

Do something like shoot a personalized video for each person you are contacting...This will show that you took some time to reach out and help you connect with them on a more personal level...

      Just my 2-cents

What do you have to offer them?

The best way would to become an IM Giant yourself, of course there is always conferences.

There are many online giants that don't exist as IM gurus you know.

Do you know how many idea fairies try to get in contact with people like this? If you have a $7 eBook or some generic product, you're wasting your time.

In order for a super affiliate to consider your product worthy of mentioning, they're going to want to make sure it's up to their standards and will make them an appropriate amount of money. They can send an e-mail out to there entire opt-in list asking for some ideas from the idea fairies floating around on the web.

The best way to get into contact with one of those people is to brand yourself as a Guru and prove that you've made it in the business. Often at times, once a product launch goes big or someone becomes a hit, they'll end up getting in touch with them. Gurus love promoting success stories, not random ideas that other people have.

The big boys get dozens upon dozens of offers every single week. They already have a virtual rolodex of people they already do business with and to get their attention you'll need someone to introduce you to them, such as a JV broker, or you'll need to bump into them at seminar. There are no guarantees in this business. Cold contacting them won't work.

Another approach is to make sure you have all you stats (sales, conversion numbers, sales copy written, etc.) and reach to people at your level or a little higher. Build a relationship with them and see how you can help them and vice versa.

The days of just contacting successful people out of the blue are over. A simple e-mail or phone call that you've got an offer where they can make a commission won't entice anyone. You've got to network and build relationships to make this work. No matter how good your offer might seem to you, chances are they've got 100 better offers than yours and these are people they already know and trust.

    Build a massive list.

That's the only way to get on the radar of these guys.

First off the Frank Kerns of this world will take so much of your profit, if you do make a deal with them you might not find it profitable.

It is better, in my opinion, to find 10 minor players and build from there. Get your product into the limelight and the main players will find you.

Yeah, i say if your offer/idea is good enough. Keep it to yourself and build it from the ground up.

That's how they came to be IM "Giants" or "Gurus".

It's almost possible if someone like Frank Kern liked your idea so much he would just do it himself. Be careful

    Time for some ACCURATE thinking...

Firstly, Kern et al are not hanging around waiting for an
offer from you or anyone else outside of their circle of
    buddies.

Their promotional calendar is likely already planned out
and chock full for the coming year and beyond.

Why would they risk their reputation on someone they
don't even know, when they've got so many other offers
from their trusted buddies to consider?

And how many similar offers to promote the products
(from other people totally unknown to them) do they
get bombarded with every week? Answer: TONS.

Slow down and earn your spurs first.

    Dedicated to mutual success,

    Shaun

Somewhere around 1997, Yanik Silver taught me this "secret".

People do business with other people whom they know, like and trust.

So work on being/becoming someone "they" know, like and trust.

Stop thinking "IM Giants"... they're people, too

    All success

Facebook is the most and fastest easy way.
Join on private groups and be active, interact with others and for sure you will get a ton of top dogs.
I did the same....couple of weeks and then you have a lifetime relationship with they.
