Might be interesting to see others results. Squeeze pages are generally high so I'm omitting them:
I'm seeing around a 5% on one of my $37 niche product sales pages, pop-up and offers a free report / membership. Im getting about the same sales as opt-in's, which is odd. No squeeze page set up with this site.
Seeing about 15% on a site that doesn't sell anything but offers a report, opt in below the fold right side and isn't heavily emphasized.
Could make for an interesting discussion
