Need Traffic Ideas and Review to my blog

Hi everyone,

I have a wine blog TD Wines - Wine Education and Tips for Wine Enthusiasts, haven't done much to it. I've spun a couple articles and I am bookmarking them on reddit, stumble upon, digg, ect. That is basically my only source of traffic.

My question is, what can I do to generate some traffic right away without going through the trouble of SEO. I am going to start posting better quality content soon and I wanted to hear from you all on what you think.
My main focus is to build a list of people who enjoy wine.

I would love to hear honest opinions on what you think and I would like some tips if you got em.

    Where do wine lovers hang out online? What do wine lovers do other than tasting wine (other places where they would hang out)? If you answer this question properly, you'll be able to come up with more places than you can handle where you can promote your gifts. By subtly sharing the links to the relevant articles of the bloggers who run those sites I've mentioned.

    For that niche I think your best bet would be to trade links with website owners who are in a similar niche. Takes some work, just like SEO. There is no easy solution.

    My suggestion is to use YouTube and to make Quality Videos about some Wines that are in demand right now ( The Google Keyword tool is Your Friend ).

    After that pick a Wine related Keyword that has a LOW or MEDIUM amount of searches and make a YouTube Video with that Keyword in the Title and add the word REVIEW as well, put it 2 times in the description and of course put it in the Tags area as well.

    Anyway activate Your Head there are so many ways to drive free traffic to Your Website

    For instant traffic to your blog, I have some useful tips which you can try out and I am quite sure they will work.

    Use social networks to spread the word of your blog. If you have good influence in website like Facebook, Twitter it will only help you.
    Yahoo answer is another decent source of instant, quality and targeted traffic.
    Press release can also give you some instant traffic.

    Go to a related forum or high traffic forum and buy some banner ads. Can't be simpler if you don't want anything to do.
