Real Estate Niche - Unique Service: Virtual Staging Review

I would be interested in hearing your feedback about our virtual home staging site located here: Virtual Staging

We offer virtual home staging to anyone selling a vacant home, easier and cheaper than physical staging.

Let me know your feedback, I'm also very interested in hearing your thoughts about our sales page located here: http://virtualstagingsolutions.com/v...-home-staging/

I'm not sure about the email opt-in on the sales page, has anyone tried that?

Thanks!
Bryan

P.S. if you are in the real estate niche I would be interested in talking to you about doing a joint venture. Send me an email by using the contact form on the site.

Honestly I think your asking in the wrong place. You should be asking real estate agents, after all they are your target market right? They would be the best ones to get real and valuable feedback from, no?

I would check with others, but for me, the video was painfully slow loading and led me to click away.
I have cable connection and usually no problem with videos at all----something could be wrong on my end.
If video is that slow loading for others---then fix or ditch.
Like the idea and concept a great deal. I could see using the service.

That's a really ingenious service. Would love to discuss further with you because it's related to an offer I'm preparing for the real estate market. I guess we should continue via private messaging.

To keep the thread on topic as far as Internet marketing is concerned: the video about wide angle photography says part 1 of 3... where are the other 2 videos?

    Regards,
    Allen

P.S. You should really replace "This text will be replaced" before you promote the site any more. Gotta virtual stage that headline!

      Hi Allen,
I'll send you a PM - we would love to work with other professionals in our industry.

I think you are seeing the "this text will be replaced" because the video is not being shown, that should only be shown when the video is not displaying correctly. I'll look into the video problems.

      Thanks,
      Bryan

Thanks, I'll look into the video and see why its loading so slow, its not loading slow for me even when I clear my cache and everything.

I know its for real estate but I was looking for advice on the internet marketing side of things, as far layout, conversion, marketing advice ect..

Bryan...the idea is very unique and I think you can get huge publicity about this - hit the press releases, call local press about your new innnovative solution to cure the vacant home, ghost town street syndrome!

The site - my feedback for you

    - you need to sell the benefits more upfront in the above the fold space.
    - you need to explain what virtual staging is - I wasn't sure till i went to another page on your site - it could be hiring a stager 'virtually' who drop ships furniture etc. to the property etc.

the video isn't doing it for me - you could use parts of it for the intro but segway to you and Dennis or just one of you talking to the camera as if someone is in front of you explaining what your service is, why it helps me as a real estate professional...hit the pain of an empty home being hard to sell etc. - keep it less than 3 minutes - show a before 'virtual staging picture' and an 'after virtual staging picture' in that intro above the fold vid.

2nd - the email lead capture form - too generic the words

"Free: The Top 5 Things You Can Do Today To Attract New Customers "

...and tells me you aren't 'real estate lingo' yet - I would use 'Buyers' or Clients

so change attract new customers to 'more buyers and sellers' - I think that is what you are after right?

Or make it on topic to virtual staging - Top 5 Reasons Staging Your Home Will Sell Your Home (or listing) Faster.

Lastly - do u have a success story with this?

2nd lastly - you need to address one objection that may come to your prospects mind - would my potential buyers be annoyed that after seeing the property physically - that there wasn't any furniture in it vs the pictures....(oh when the day of hologram technology for real virtual experience would be awesome!)

    Hope that helps! cheers, m

Thanks Maria, that was very helpful. I agree with you about the home page and optimizing above the fold. That was something I've been struggling with, I didn't want the site to be just a one page sales page and worked more on putting all of the "hard sales" stuff on the official sales page: Home Staging - Stage a Property | Virtual Staging Solutions

I'm also working on addressing some of the objections.

      Thanks again for your feedback.

      Best Regards,
      Bryan
