I just tried to signup and it asked for $5

Let me know your thoughts if you have used it. Also, I wanted to know if the back links generated from this site are "Dofollow"

i have not heard of it.. but the newest Google updates are really showing that backlinks from services such as that are actually creating negative impact

I just checked, it has a page rank of 6 and 2186 alexa rank. Have they been penalized by Google. If so why have they maintained a steady traffic?
