Why Was Acai Berry Thread Deleted?

There was a good bit of interesting information being exchanged in the thread, what rules were broken?

    It belonged in the product review section not in the main forum. General information about a product or questions about a product belong in the product review section.

      That makes sense, although the thread was not about a specific product per se, it was more about the knowingly promoting something associated with a known scam.

      People here promote this stuff, many of them, without a clue of what goes on behind the scenes, and many promote even though they know of the purported fraud just for the easy money involved.

      Why didn't it just get moved to the review section instead of totally deleted?

      Oh well.

        That's a good question, there's been a forum vampire around here somewhere gobbling up threads.

        Threads can only get moved when an admin or mod deals with them. When members report threads they get soft deleted so that a mod or admin can review them and decide to reinstate or fully delete them.
