Where to change clickbank check?

If clickbank send me a check, where would the best place to go and change it and can any bank change it because i have an account with scotiabank and i also need to know if they change it if i carry it out to them

    Hi David, unless you go to a special "check-cashing" place (which will doubtless charge a high premium, there as anywhere else), you'll need to pay it into a bank account in the same name as that of the payee shown on the check.

    I would think that any real bank in the Caribbean will have absolutely no difficulty clearing a US check. They must surely do these all the time?

    It is usually possible, by arrangement with ClickBank and with their permission, to arrange to return to them by mail the two initial checks they send you, and to have their amounts added to your first direct deposit or wire payment (i.e. for your third or a later pay-period). People in countries where the checks are going to be either slow or expensive to clear sometimes do that, and ClickBank is generally understanding and co-operative about it. As long as they actually send you the checks, and you receive them at the address specified (it's a way of verifying your address and identity) and return them, they may not have a problem with it at all. So if it does turn out to be difficult for you to clear them (which I doubt?), there's another possible solution there, too.
