About selling Google news approved site

I have an exclusive domain and I am now developing a news site on it.The niche is business news.I have plan to sell it without monetizing after being approved .It is because I don't have resources to maintain it.And the buyer will also be safer enough if I don't use adsense on it

My question is how much should one claims for google approved news site on an exclusive domain that is difficult to obtain nowadays ?

Is there any buyer who is always interested in owning news site at good price?

    trying to get a Google News site approved by strategy and not a real focus right now will be EXTREMELY HARD. If you value your time, be careful how you invest it trying this.

    I got my GN sites approved over 2 years ago..... I tried getting 2 approved last year, just stopped after 2 tries.
