Can Someone Quickly Tell Me About Authorize.net Advanced Fraud Detection Suite - Worth it?
Hi guys. I was just accepted by Authorize.net and I'm agreeing to the terms now, but they have this option called Advanced Fraud Detection Suite for $9.95 a month.
Don't know if I need it or not.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this? I'm simply going to be selling ebooks, websites and domains.
According to what the Advanced Fraud Detection Suite is, here is what it says:
The Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) screens Authorization Only and Authorization Capture credit card transactions. The Monthly Fee is determined by the number of these types of transactions processed each month with the following exceptions: eCheck.Net, Virtual Terminal, Batch Upload, and ARB transactions are not counted. AFDS does not screen eCheck.Net transactions and it only screens Virtual Terminal and Batch Upload transactions by the Address Verification Service (AVS) Filter and the Card Code Verification (CCV) Filter. ARB transactions are only screened by the AVS Filter.
Some of this is greek to me. Thanks!
