So far I have tried Amazon Payments and, in my humble opinion, is an awesome alternative to paypal. Anyone else has tried it with good results?

    Hi Ra,
Yes I have just looked into this with amazon, it’s not as well known as PayPal.
But the payments went through smoothly

Paypal is a very good payment method especially in online marketing, i would have recommended moneybookers payment method but it is not active in most countries. Amazon payment method is also a good deal.

2CO, Stripe and Clickbank. These are my 3 other choices.

It seems most of you here have tried Amazon's payment method. Does it work like PayPal, too? I mean, once you receive payment, can you transfer/withdraw it to your local bank account, too?

I'm using Moneybookers. It's pretty sweet because you don't have to wait that much as with Paypal.

Never tried Amazon. Personally I like Clickbank and Moneybookers the best. I tried Paypal but they piss me off everytime. I still have hundreds of dollars with them on hold. Not is case of Clickbank. I get paid weekly and money is transferred into my bank account directly within 2 days. Thats great.

Skrill (formerly Moneybookers) is pretty good, cheaper than PayPal as well. However, they are pretty strict on how you validate your identity.

And here is a quick tip, don't whatever you do screw up if you choose to validate your postal address. Mine was sent to my house in the village, whilst I was on vacation, nobody was around when the postman arrived (the postal service is weird here they don't just drop the mail in the mailbox), and the validation letter simply disappeared. Unfortunately, despite contacting Skrill for help, they told me that postal address validation is a one hit deal, they won't send it out a second time.

I like to get away with Paypal because the waiting time is too long! And my bills would sometimes get overdue. I think I might try Amazon or Clickbank.

you could try liberty reserve or payza for purchases regarding domain.

    Here is a little list:
    - Liberty Reserve
    - WebMoney
    - Perfect Money
    - Neteller
    - Moneybookers
    - Payza

To be honest, in my opion Liberty Reserve, WebMoney and Perfect Money are the best and most secure.
With Neteller and Moneybookers you can order a debit card, so if it happen you got too much money on your accounts you can always cash it out. For Liberty Reserve, WebMoney and Perfect Money there excist 3rd party debit cards, you need to 'G' it.

The ONLY way to go is with a real merchant payment account with a real processer like Authorize.net.

    2CO sucks.
You can think of Alert pay and Money booker . Both are cool. but the problem is that they don't have a lot of countries like PayPal.

2CO is very limiting product-wise. Just take a look at the terms of service. It includes a long list of what you can't sell through them. Some of it is understandable, buy much is just overkill, imo.

Stripe is a great service especially if your developer, they make it really simple to accept credit cards, and there fees are straight forward.
