E-mail Opt-In Affiliate Marketing?

Hey guys,

I'm new here and was wondering if anyone has any experience, or should I say success in e-mail marketing with double opt-in third party companies.

I've been told you can use CB products and submit a pre-written article (or review from yourself) to a e-mail list (i've been told e-mailpaysu and rent-a-list are good and responsive) and have them disperse it to a targeted audience.

Just curious if there is a profit to be made here if I nail the copy of the e-mail, or if it's all myth. Also if it is true, do you have any recommendations for which e-mail sites to use?

Thanks

In terms of the actual strategy, I just wanted to point out that Frank Kern advises using email send-outs to build your list by sending traffic to an opt-in page. I would assume that this method is still at least somewhat effective when selling affiliate products, but I've also been reading that email response rates have dropped significantly in the last few days/weeks... Just wanted to throw those thoughts out there.

If you're going to do email marketing I would advise you to build your own list rather than buying one. Most of the ones you buy aren't worth much.

You are better off building your own list with a good autoresponder.Try to have a good free offer to get them to sign up.As far as response rates dropping with a good offer and solid squeze page you should't have any problem getting sign ups the net is just to vast and growing every day.
