I sometimes use a page from 90secondsqueezepage.com It's free and there's an upselll which you're free to ignore. Apart from this resource I use fiverr

I assume that you have your own site, so you just create a download page, and put the link within your autoresponder sequence and first message - nothing worse than promising to deliver something on a squeezepage and it doesn't turn up.

What sort of freebie are you giving away, video, audio, report, software?

I have a guy do the graphics for me and then I use Coffee Cup HTML Editor to put it together. Sometimes I just have another Warrior do all the work for me, it just depends.

One of my favs is Karl Warren, you can find him at eCoverNinja – High Impact Web Graphics Specialist The guy is freaking awesome!

You can also go to the Warrior Classified Ads section and find a bunch of people who can do this type of work.

I use Flexsqueeze and there are some builtin to that theme. That theme also has a page that I can drop premade html pages into. Its a pretty nice solution that I have really come to enjoy.

There are quite a few nice landing/squeeze page templates offered for free around the web, if you go looking for them. A couple of my favorites are this one from AppSumo (no affilialtion) and this one from LeadPlayer (no affiliation).
