Wordpress and websites- help me im a dummy

Hi everyone, i currently run a blogger blog but i want a website i can populate with content and a wordpress blog to go along with it
I am willing to pay top dollar for this work so if anyone can help or do it for me please get in touch as i say, im willing to pay top dollar

      Yes..

      If you have a host with cPanel.. you can do a forum installation at the click of a few buttons
