Whats the best social bookmarking tool?

I have always used Socialmarker.com to bookmark my sites, mainly because I like the old fashion feel of submitting myself. However I think now is the time to completly automate this process but I need to know which tool.
1. Is reliable
2. Has high success submission rates
3. Isn't ridiculously expensive.
