INTERNET MARKETING

Hello,

I just made a new site. I used wordpress because I am most familiar with it. I want to have a sales page on my site for an online newsletter that has a monthly subscription. I know from my experience I want to use Aweber to distribute my newsletter and I believe I want paypal to take payments. However, I want a affiliate plugin that can manage affiliates and let me know who is responsible for getting me customers. Is there a plugin that is recommended?

I'm using fastmember which I bought as a WSO.

Optimizepress and S2member will also do this, but I've never used them personally.

You can try with amember and use the wordpress plugin it has.

Basically I just want to run a subscription newsletter and I want to be able to do it with affiliates. My understanding so far is that I need a shopping cart (paypal), a distribution and list manager (aweber), and something that manages affiliates like (fastmember). I would also need these things to work together.

Advice is always appreciated.

  Hi, i use paltip Easy affiliate plugin. It basically changes all the links in my blog to affiliate links. And its free!!

You also need a lawyer and an accountant, since paying affiliates entails collecting W9s (and other forms for foreign affiliates), accurate and auditable record keeping, making payouts, 1099s for the IRS, etc. Just a little reminder to think through your business plan -- it likely involves more considerations than just what software to use.

I just recommended this in another thread yesterday but tipsandtricks-hq .com offers WP plugins that work together well and is the solution to your problems above - they offer an affiliate plugin, shopping card and membership plugin.

I believe if you buy all three at the same time (as a package), it's discounted.
