WP Plugin Exit Pop At Individual Pages/Posts

Hi,

Is there anybody who can recommend a WP Plugin Exit Pop that I can set different messages to each individual pages/post.

I got a general health website. Here is the scenario.
One topic or article is about Acne - so I want if somebody will exit and close the browser - an offer or message about acne will show up. Then got another article about Diabetes - I want a diabetes related pop-up will show up when the visitor will close the browser.

So basically - a pop-up for each different pages/post that I desire.

      Meaning, I will use a regular exit pop-up and just create a separate pages/posts and just redirect to the posts/pages? Is this correct?

    YEAH...i need a plugin like that too! A pop up that is related to the post or page that visitors is leaving! That would be awesome!
