Does Amazon ship to all countries?

I basically promote Amazon US but I have lately started to get some clicks from countries that don't have Amazon associate programme like Brazil, India, Australia etc...
Can people from these countries shop from Amazon US?
Can I earn commission if they do so?

Unfortunately, Amazon does not ship to all countries, but visitors coming from the countries you mentioned can shop from the Amazon US website.

You will not earn commission only if the buyers country is one of UK, France, Canada, Germany, Italy, China, or Japan. In this situation you have to redirect that buyer to the Amazon store for these countries before you will get paid, which means you will have to create an associate account on Amazon associate page for these countries and redirect visitor based on their country.

You can check the Amazon associate FAQ for more details.

You are remembering this wrong. If they purchase from the Amazon US site, you will get the commission. If the person buys from one of the other amazon country sites, then you won't get the commission unless you have an account at the country site and they clicked the country's site link to the amazon product.

There are several sellers on amazon and all of them have their individual policies for shipping.

Even Amazon USA has different policies for different products for different countries. Some stuff they will ship to India for example, but most of the stuff they won't ship to India and many other countries.

Some sellers ship to most countries and specific countries. Some are not. It's not Amazons concern if the seller ship to a certain country or not.

Actually I'm from Brazil and I buy a lot of books and blu-rays from Amazon (UK, USA, CA, etc). They delivery just these smaller things, that is, you can't buy a PS3, TV, etc

There's a lot of brazilian players earning commision via Amazon websites.

Next year we will have the Amazon BR!
