How and Where to Sell a Site?

Hi All,

I have a site that I need to sell but I am not sure if Sedo or something like that is the place to go. Below is what I am selling.

1) Domain name
2) Traffic right now is 5 on Google and Alexa 162,844
3) Members on the site 1,531 (it is a Ning based site)
4) Twitter following of 702
5) LinkedIn group of 1,731
6) The site also has a job board but does not get a lot of postings (maybe a few a month) - backfill is added.

I am not giving it all away b/c put a HUGE amount of work into the site so I am looking for a decent price. I just don't have the time or $ to do that and my day work on my own. I ideally want to start some IM business that has to do with my current knowledge and develop products which are niche in my field etc.

ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS would be great!

I am not verse in website flipping but I think most of the experts will say sitepoint is the way to go if you want to get good bux for your website.

It would also be good if you are already generating revenue from the website.

I always think that Sitepoint is retail, and digitalpoint is trade.
