I am confused ! Question regarding misleading tos of hosting company

I started a thread few days back about hosting 15 domains on a hosting. just when i was about to buy today someone said this (Seller of other web hosting company)

( I choosed bluehost from bluehost, hostgator and Dreamhost

" just to mention, all the 3 hosts you mentioned have limitations like: max 20 processes at a time which means your site can't have more than 20 visitors at a time "

then the guy pasted this from their Tos

7b.) INODES
The use of more than 250,000 inodes on any shared account may potentially result in a warning first, and if no action is taken future suspension. Accounts found to be exceeding the 50,000 inode limit will automatically be removed from our backup system to avoid over-usage. Every file (a webpage, image file, email, etc) on your account uses up 1 inode.

Sites that slightly exceed our inode limits are unlikely to be suspended; however, accounts that constantly create and delete large numbers of files on a regular basis, have hundreds of thousands of files, or cause file system damage may be flagged for review and/or suspension. The primary cause of excessive inodes seems to be due to users leaving their catchall address enabled, but never checking their primary account mailbox

each email, each image, each file = 1 node

alot of shared hosts have that , so that for example one person doesnt use processor intensive and resource hog scripts that will bring the rest of the sites and accts on the box in trouble

Seems pretty clear how to avoid any problem - do your sites have hundreds of thousands of files? Probably not. Couldn't you simply clear the catchall address on occasion or disable it?

I host many sites on Hostgator and this "problem" isn't one that's ever come up. Too much analysis will always confuse you with hosting - just choose a recommended host with a good reputation and you should be fine.

The best recommendations come from site owners using hosting - not from the hosting companies review of another host company.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.
