First glance at the War Room

Only minutes ago I finally joined the War Room, which I've been wanting to do since I joined the WF, but couldn't afford it. That's right, a measly $37 was out of my reach up until now. To be clear, IM did not provide me with the funds, I just happened to make a little extra in my last paycheque (that's the same as paycheck for you U.S. type people :p ). So now I'm in!

My first glance at the War Room is impressive. One thing that impresses me is the strict adherence to giving value to us Warriors. So much so, that there doesn't appear to be any place where new members can introduce themselves, which is a pleasant surprise, and a good move. Why? Because it tells me that the War Room doesn't mess around with unnecessary banter and chit chat; it has a solid business atmosphere, where everyone gets down to the nitty gritty to discuss what we're all here for - making money!

From what I saw in just a couple minutes, it is seriously a unique corner of the Web, and I'm off now to live there for a while. This is gonna be good....

The war room is quite possibly the best kept secret on the internet and i think that charging a membership fee whilst harsh is definitely necessary. The people who pay the membership are showing a real dedication to their learning and development and i am always recommending membership to people i know.Welcome to the team and may i wish you all the best of success

    Good luck Joel.

If we don't see you on the main forum for a while then we'll know there's more than just a "business atmosphere" in there . . . so take a clean jockstrap just in case.

      Hey Joel,

      Thanks for the advice,

I can feel myself getting pulled closer and closer to the War Room vortex
      every day I log on..

I think the only thing that is stopping me joining
is I've heard there is an "absolute ton of quality" in there..

And with IM info being a serious weakness of mine,
I'm holding off, just till my biz gets fully airborne..

      All the best in there..

I had the same "disease" for many years, but the WF has helped me get over it for the most part, and I feel ready to dive into the abundance of information in the War Room. So far so good. There is a lot of awesome material, and I've briefly skimmed a lot of threads out of curiosity, but I'm not allowing myself to get pulled into every shiny thing in there, lol. And there are a lot of shiny things!

It seemed kind of silly to join what I've heard people call "the number one internet marketing forum on the net" and not pay a one-time $37. I've been ripped off before joining forums that were $97/month and didn't provide the type of value I was looking for at that price point.

Besides, I spend more than $37 on an awesome meal with my girlfriend, or a great night out at the bar with friends, or riding roller coasters. While all those are great memories, they're not quite investments. The War Room is an investment that if you apply what you learn there you can make your money back.

    Kind of a no-brainer.

    Unless you're totally broke.

Right now, I'm totally broke. I'm working on it, though. With any luck I'll be buying my membership in the next week or so.

    Hi Joel,

You have made a great decision by upgrading.

I can understand the money situation I have been there myself in the past my friend.

It is a sound investment and I have learned tons of valuable information from that section alone.

More than the investment made 1000's times over!

Hope you get the most out the War-Room and put it to great use and share your experiences there too once you have some success with your ventures also.

All the best & have a great day!

Appreciate the information - I have considered the war room several times, only to stop myself because I need to stay focused on what I am doing and am afraid I would get too distracted. Definitely something I want to do in the future.

The War Room is a must,

I hope you've found Allen Says and Chris Surfrider's 5 star posts.

Here's another great thread that I refer to often, it appears from time to time in the main forum if you're lucky. I can't remember how I found it but I'm glad I did.

what exactly is different than the regular forum vs war room?

is it just way more transparency or freebies? there isn't much talk about the details.

The War Room is a very valuable resource....Just be careful that you don't end up spending hours or days in there and come away without developing some plan of action.

Having access to lots of great info won't make you any money, but taking action on what you've learned will!

Do it, imobile. And I encourage everyone to join, with one caveat that's been mentioned in various ways in this thread and elsewhere.... Do it only if you're confident that you can stay focused on your immediate goals. There's no way you'll survive if you can't control yourself, LOL. Not only are the shiny things very bright, they are chock full of the real deal when it comes to advice, tools and special offers. You must be able to resist the urge to do it all.

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I used to be an infoholic, and ran after every new idea and opportunity that sounded good. But the WF has taught me how to settle down and focus, so the War Room isn't as difficult to tame for me - even though it still has the potential to set me back. So before anyone joins, take a few deep breaths and make a pact with yourself that you will walk, not run.

It's 20 US dollars per year for any new members. I've seen many membership sites charge that much (and more) per month that don't even have a fraction of the info in there.

    Welcome Joel,

Anyone who is anyone is a member of the War Room. There is no reason for intimidation. Trust me, you're among friends. The cool thing is you can get access to products for free that others are paying for handsomely.

Anything you could ever need as an internet marketer is here. The only downside is you can spend hours and hours here lost in the awesomeness.

Like anything else, just use the War Room as a tool to assist you in your business. Know what you want to achieve, and don't be a deer in the headlights.

I wish you the best of success. Welcome to the family!

At $20 a year the War Room Membership is money well spent. The only way you could not make that back is not choosing one tip and following it. If I was starting over that is what I would do.
