Anyone having luck making money with Fiverr?

I just wanted to make a quick post to see if anyone has had any success using Fiverr to broker deals for people looking for traffic, SEO, website creation, help with WordPress. I have been looking on Craigslist to find some people looking for these services and have had some success but wanted to get feedback on this. Thank you.

    Hey there taranismam!

I used to earn quite a lot with Fiverr offering logo design, I decided to stop since the profit was not really worth the amount of work I would put in! I knew I could spend my time in more productive ways!

Recently when I have been looking through Fiverr I noticed that the quality and quantity of the gigs has gone quite mad! So I though hey let me try it out again! So I launched three new gigs, one offering logo design, one a critique of a website + tips on how to improve and the last one was help with WordPress. They have been up for about a month and the stats of views is terrible, so far I have only had about 60 views in total!

I remember the first time I went on Fiverr, I think I received 100 views in the first 3 days! I really do believe that Fiverr has gone down hill lately!

If you do decide to try and sell on there! Let me know how it goes!

I wish you all the luck!

I chose entrepreneurship over further education despite being laughed at by my friends and family..

I recently hit the "RESTART" button on my life, read my personal blog to find out how I did it :)

And yet, you could offer a small business person a new header for their website for $49 and get it for $5 on fiverr. Just one example.

Or, offer a small business person more content for their website for $100 per page and get it for $5 on iwriter.com. I could do this all day.

Totally agree with IMSince2003... I love fiverr for all of the cheap design you can get.

Seems like so many offers on Fiverr and so little quality. The market is glutted. Very hard for a good gig to get noticed. I have used more than a dozen fiver gigs, some good, some bad. Caveat emptor. For $5 you can try it out and see how much real value is delivered. Some gigs may be useful for negative SEO.

After your initial free report, the cost is very reasonable. A brief proposal and recommendations will be included with your free report. IF this is against the WarriorForum TOS, I will delete it. All gigs are not $5. Some gigs cost well over $100, you just have to buy multiple gigs from the service provider.

I did well with Fiverr writing articles. You have to write them well and fast though, because once the customer pays $5, Fiverr takes $1 and paypal takes a few cents, leaving you with around $3.78 per article.

Remember people, this thread is supposed to be about BUYING Fiverr gigs and then re-selling them at a higher price to others, such as offline businesses.

And yes, I've done this before. Sold a few packages on other forums and used Fiverr sellers to fulfill them. You can go to a bunch of other IM forums and do that kind of brokering if you want, but I stopped doing that. Feels kind of stupid to charge $20 for someone when you could just tell them to go to Fiverr and they will only have to pay $5.

But at times it may make sense to fulfill part of an order you're selling by using a Fiverr gig, for example. Or you know how to use a variety of Fiverr gigs to fulfill one service in a slick and effective way to promote websites which most wouldn't be knowledgeable enough or would be too lazy to figure out on their own. So I think there's definitely a place for it.

I have made around $100 dollars in a year with Fiverr just by using a PLR ebook about Facebook likes.

I spent quite a lot of time trying various other projects but with little success.
Today when i logged onto my account a pop up from Fiverr directed me to a person they claimed was the first to make more than $16000.

So some are making some decent money!

But not $5000 plus a a month that some claims i have seen

I started doing a Fiverr gig in March 2012 and by May had enough money to buy a new iMac computer. I had a couple of gigs: one was Tweeting to my Twitter Followers and the other was selling advertising on one of my blogs. Fiverr is tricky to deal with in that they penalize you for turning down gigs - they move you way back in the search results. A lot of my business is repeat biz and I always give extra service. Since March I've done close to 617 gigs under the name jonart.

Yes, this works very well.....you may want to find a REALLY reliable seller on fiverr (or clone) before you start taking orders. That is the biggest problem, taking money first from someone on Craigslist/ebay and then getting stiffed by your fiverr seller

Fiverr Is an awesome money tool If you bring a unique service, or you top the other sellers.

When I first signed up, within 2 hours I had 17 orders

    Good luck!

I used to sell my design service on Fiverr and I made $156 from 24/7/2011 to 1/9/2011. I had only 3 gigs and most of my sales was from one of the gigs.

    1. Start with an incredible offer and get the trust from your clients. In fact, I have not many new client but most of them order more than once from me. After I get enough positive feedback, I raised my price. They continue to order, in fact, one of them was telling he wanted me to charge more as he thought I was charging too little. Quality offer is a killer.

    2. Use Fiverr as a front end offer and don't forget to upsell when necessary. Even that I stop my service on Fiverr, my old clients keep in contact with me when they need help for design. All I did was 1. ask them to leave feedback 2. tell them my other services whenever I deliver the gig.

To be honest I was a little bit skeptical about Fiverr at first so I decided to try out. The result is it works! Though I no longer offer any service on Fiverr, I believe it's still works. And recently Fiverr has changed and it becomes easier and easier for internet marketers to search for relevant services.

I use fiverr for all kinds of outsourcing... Mainly graphics though.

    Banners, ebooks, headers etc etc.

I have a few people that I always go to.

I haved had to go through a few poor graphic people first to fine the gems though.

I make some handy extra cash offering an image vectorization service. Basically, all I do is use a "few-click" software and can convert an image in about 2 minutes flat.

Rinse and repeat for $4 profits

I then leave the money in my Fiverr account and use it to purchase gigs I want.

Fiverr is a great place to buy from, as people go above and beyond to satisfy your needs, due to the aggressive competition out there. If you search enough time, you will find quite a few gems out there.

You may earn money from Fiverr if you are a service provider. A lot of people have success stories using the system and it can be truly amazing how many people are willing to do a great deal of stuff for just $5 bucks. I myself, use Fiverr from time to time.
