Need help with a hook
I am in the niche of building muscle, targeting males around 20-30 years old
I know their language, I know their problems, roadblocks, challenges, goals, lingo, you name it.
BUT ... I am having trouble figuring out exactly what a hook is.
I understand it get's their attention, but this hook is what I will use to get them do opt in. Is it usually a problem that they have? Is a 'hook' another name for a headline?
For example talking about challenges like lacking motivation, or not being able to build muscle?
