Quick question - Physical product OR Physical product + Online Access?
Hi warriors,
When you sell a physical product (let's say a premium priced course like $497, $997, or higher price), should you also give online access (of the same content in the main physical course)? Is that better for business overall (does that increase sales and how does that affect refund rates?)
If you sold higher priced physical products, would you:
1) Provide physical product + online access to the same material in the physical product
OR
2) Provide physical product alone
(i've seen some gurus do #1 and others do #2)
i think that if you give online access as well, it just doesn't feel like a premium high priced item as much anymore compared to giving the content EXCLUSIVELY in a physical, nicely packaged home study style course...because online seems like it's too easy to access...thus seems online access would lower the perceived value of the high end premium course...what do you guys think?
