How long does it take for a thread to be approved by a moderator?

I've upgraded to a member and posted a thread in the Warriors for Hire section since Sunday if my memory serves me right. That's 4-5 days already but my thread still has not been approved.

How long does it usually take? If rejected, will I be notified of it?

    I don't believe they will tell you if rejected. I had one rejected a few months ago and I never received a message from them saying so. I kind of figured they may have rejected it but would have been nice to get a confirmation.

    On the other hand, you can imagine how many threads they are looking at on a daily basis. So long as your thread abides by all the rules, it should have no trouble getting accepted. The timeframe depends on a lot of things. 4-5 days is quite a long time and would probably be worth contacting the helpdesk just to make sure you are not waiting for something that will never get approved.

      I agree with Will... in my experience, if it isn't approved within 48 hours (usually much faster) it was probably denied. I've never heard of anyone being notified that a thread was rejected - you simply don't get an approval notice. If you want to know why it was rejected, support/mod might tell you why. I've always found them to be quite helpful.

    I've just submitted mine in and was so anxious to know when it will get approved so I googled it up and found this thread. Crosses my fingers. Hopes it gets approved.
