Reasonable Affiliate Program?

I've launched a new affiliate program. I'm wondering if perhaps I've missed something since affiliate signups are still under a dozen.
Not sure whats missing. There's $300+ on the first deal and up to $200 recurring.
Any tips or critiques would help. see links below.
