Please can you help answer these two questions about Google
I am writing an article to advise people about the two following questions for my article, which I am not clear on:
1) If your website appears to be less visible on Google, hit by a Google penalty, etc.. can you contact them and ask for reconsideration and advice?
2) Should you list all of your sites in Web Master tools, is this good or dangerous?
Please can you help answer the two above questions
